Dakota Lima is a U.S. Air Force veteran turned leadership strategist, Fractional COO, and founder of Women In Power Academy, a movement dedicated to helping women rise as emotionally intelligent, system driven leaders who scale their businesses without burning out.
With over 15 years of leadership experience across military, corporate, and entrepreneurial environments, Dakota has mastered the art of transforming chaos into clarity. As a Certified Trainual Partner, she specializes in documenting operations, optimizing onboarding systems, and developing high-performing teams that allow founders to step fully into their CEO seat.
Her story began in uniform, where she learned discipline, communication, and the power of purpose driven leadership. But her real transformation came after leaving the military, when she faced the invisible battles that so many women in leadership know too well: being overlooked, underestimated, or labeled “too much.”
